3. Q. May I have two accounts on ShareCash?
A. We do not allow multiple accounts for one user. If we find such accounts we delete them and revoke the earnings.
4. Q. Should I notify ShareCash if I change my email address?
A. If you fail to update your ShareCash Profile with your current email address, your account may be suspended until you prove that you are the original owner. Also, if you fail to provide true and accurate information on your ShareCash Profile, including full name and address, your account will be suspended until you comply.
5. Q. My account got hacked. What should I do?
A. You must keep secure your account information. According to our ToS you are responsible for any losses incurred if your account is hacked. To regain your account you must emailadmin@shareash.org and prove that you are the legitimate owner.
6. Q. Why administration put my account on Hold?
A. No cause for alarm. Could be one of the following reasons: a) Your ShareCash Profile needs to be updated with current, true and complete information, including your email address b) You are required to fill out W9/W8BEN form c) We are unable to contact you or you do not respond to our emails d) Please email us: admin@sharecash.org to quickly unblock your account.
7. Q. Why my files disappeared?
A. a) Probably we received a complaint from the copyrighted owner or other authority and we removed your files b) you were permanently banned for violating our ToS c) your files were deleted after 30 days for not receiving any downloads.
8. Q. Can I or my friends download my files?
A. You are not allowed to download your own files. If your friends or any users download your files repeatedly and a high percentage of downloads, with or without proxies, comes from the same computer or same IP address, our system will ban you and revoke your earnings.
9. Q. Am I allowed to upload porno files?
A. Uploading porno/passwords/videos/nudity/semi-nudity/files with sexual filenames, fake or real is not allowed. Promoting legitimate files through porno links is equally prohibited. There will be zero tolerance, no leniency or appeals towards those affiliates. They will permanently be banned and earnings revoked.
10. Q. What is the minimum cashout amount?
A. You must earn minimum $10 before you can request a payout.
11. Q. When do I request a payout and when do I get paid?
A. Earnings are approved on the 1st of each month and you must a request a payout by the 15th. Payments start on the 15th of each month until the 20th. Any early payouts will be sent out at the sole discretion of ShareCash.
12. Q. How can I request a payout?
A. After earnings are approved to request your payment, please log in your ShareCash account, go to the Main Menu and click "Request a Payout". Then choose your payout method, write the email address if you choose Paypal or Alertpay and enter the desired amount without the $ sign.
13. Q. My earnings are approved, but I can not request a payout. Why?
A. Posting in the Forums will not solve your problem, it may even delay it. You must contactadmin@sharecash.org and expect an answer in 24 hours. If you do not receive a response in a timely manner, please email again until you bring your issue to the administration's attention. We guarantee your problem will be solved. If you enter the $ sign with the amount, your payout request will not be processed.
14. Q. I can not delete or edit my payout. Why?
A. If you requested a payout with the wrong information, for security reasons you can not delete or edit it. Please contact admin@sharecash.org to cancel this payment and request a new one.
15. Q. What is the minimum cashout amount by check or wire transfer and what are the fees?
A. Minimum amount by check via regular mail is $10 for US and $100 for international users. Minimum amount for a bank wire transfer is $100. There is a $20 for US and $40-45 for international wire transfer fee. There are no fees or mailing charges for checks.
16. Q. How long it takes to receive my payment?
A. 1. Delivery time: a) Paypal/Alertpay instant or until claimed by the recipient b) Wire transfer 3-5 business days c) Domestic check 7-10 days d) International check 15-21 days.
2. We will answer all inquiries for any payout problems towards the end of the payment cycle (20th of the month), as we must allow enough time for the payments to be completed, claimed or reach their destination.
3. The day we mark paid is the day we send Paypal/Alertpay payment, initiate the wire transfer or mail the check.
17. Q. I have not received my payment. What should I do?

If due to unforeseen circumstances you do not receive a response, please email again until you bring your issue to the administration's attention. We guarantee your problem will be solved.
18. Q. Why my earnings decreased?
A. It is not necessarily ShareCash's fault. a) This could probably be due the traffic you are directing to the offers. If you are not directing quality traffic, it may be difficult to produce many leads. b) Check your promotional methods and ensure that your traffic sources are doing well and are consistent at all times. c) Try to get the most amount of traffic possible. The more traffic you have the more money you will make.
Also, keep in mind that in any survey-powered business such as ours, earnings will always fluctuate as new surveys are deleted and added many times a day. This is totally normal, and the fact that we add so many new surveys a day is one reason people earn more with SC than anyone else. If you feel that your ShareCash earnings have slowed down and it's not your fault, then the whole survey-powered sector must be in a temporary slowdown.
19. Q. What is the minimum payout per download?
A. We are constantly adding surveys for many new countries all over the world, including many smaller countries that were not previously supported. The payouts for these new offers for smaller countries range anywhere from $0.08 to $10.00. This addition has already significantly boosted earnings and decreased complaints from downloaders.
With the addition of the new offers, ShareCash's main page has been updated, as paying an "average" 60 cents per downland, instead of a minimum, as there are many offers that pay over $1, $2, even $3 or more. Offer selection is not manual and our automated system promotes offers that convert easily, regardless of price, as to offers paying more but not converting at all; including at times US offers. As offers rotate and change constantly, our statistics show that this system is more efficient and affiliates make more money.
20. Q. Why my files are not downloaded or credited?
A. Advertisers have very good fraud prevention methods. As for users claiming that they can not download; if fake information is entered, used a proxy, completed the survey before, not have cookies or sometimes java script enabled etc, the lead will not convert. If the file is successfully downloaded, you will be credited. However, if the file is not successfully downloaded because the survey did not unlock, we are not paid and therefore neither are you. We wish the surveys would unlock and credit all the time, as we are losing out on revenue every time the survey completion does not unlock the download.
21. Q. I have a problem with my Premium Account. What should I do?
A. a) If you bought a premium account and you have not received your username and password, please check your email and also spam/junk folder. If you can not find any email from us, please send us your Paypal transaction ID and your email address registered with Paypal. b) Posting in the forums will not solve your premium account problem. You must contactadmin@sharecash.org and expect an answer within12-24 hours. If due to unforeseen circumstances you do not receive a timely response, please email again until you bring your issue to the administration's attention. c) Lost time is not an issue, as we always compensate for lost time for premium accounts. If we can not solve your problem we will issue a refund.
